Wallpaper and border question!!?
First of all I know very little about wallpaper and border. We had just put up the wallpaper which is vinyl and that went up pretty well. We had put up paper border and the border is starting to come off the wallpaper. Is there anything that we can use to get the border to stick to the wallpaper. Taring it all off is not an option this stuff was not cheap, so please don’t suggest that. Thank you!
Ok one step at a time.
Make sure the wallpaper on the wall is fully dried and well stuck on the wall. You may need to put a primer on the paper. Also it helps to have 2 people one to install and brushout the paper. The second person to hold the border and keep it from falling. Then the first person to smooth out the waper with a brush and spunge. If pre pasted be sure the paper is wet and book the border for 10 to 15 mins before you start. If you are using paste be sure it is even and soaked in to the paper again book for 10 to 15 mins.
