Which of these gowns do you like better for my son’s baptism at 5 months?
I think I have it narrowed down to two.

My mom thinks the eyelet is too girly. She’s also really pulling for a dupioni silk one from a store at home. Pretty, but for some reason I am drawn to the heirloom cotton style with lace and with a slip underneath. And before you comment on the price, I know these are expensive, but I want to buy something that will be used with all my children and hopefully grandchildren too. Thanks!
I don’t care for loittle boy suits or dressing them in “nice clothes” for the cermony. In the episcopal church, for a christening, gowns are traditional. I don’t think that a dedication is really the same thing.
